The optional Heil FL-2 Flange Mount allows the HB-1 or PL-2T to be permanently mounted to a desk or table top using three (supplied) screws. The Heil FL-2 Flange Mount also has a security lock, so the HB-1/PL-2T can be tightened to the exact position desired.
