The
UltraBeam V40 utilizes a single Motor Unit driving a Variable Reeling System sliding up and down inside a vertical telescopic fiber glass tube acting as a full size 1/4 wave vertical on any frequency in the range of 7-50 MHz in conjunction with a resonant radial system. A radial system must be added for proper operation and best performance for receiving and transmitting. To connect the radials the motor unit has metal rail which can take several radial wires.
The antenna controller equipped with a single motor driver board and dedicated powerfull software will match the UltraBeam Vertical 6-40 instantly to 50 ohm coaxial transmission line.
The UltraBeam Vertical 6-40 omnidirectional, vertical radiator that operates on all frequencies in the range of 7-50 MHz requires guying. Use our UV resistant Parafil rope that does not disturb radiation pattern. Attach ropes 5 M above antenna base. Glass fiber element with guy wire clamp attached is included.
All prefabricated control cables have multi-pin IP-68 waterproof connectors and do not require extra sealing.
