The
PKW Log-Per 144-450H has been developed using a professional antenna design program and meets high electrical and mechanical standards.
The characteristics of a logarithmic-periodic antenna are that it provides a flat gain and SWR curve across the specified frequency range. No tuner is required. The PKW Log-Per 140-450H is therefore suitable for both 2 m and 70 cm bands.
The tubing is made from drawn aluminum alloy (AlMgSi) to achieve maximum mechanical strength. All mounting hardware is supplied in stainless steel as standard. The pre-formed boom/mast plate is made of cast steel.
