  • If you are of the opinion, that it is a repair under warranty, you have to include the original invoice/receipt. 
  • We do not quote for repairs under € 50,00.
  • If you decide after having received our quotation not to let the item be repaired, examination costs have to be paid.
  • Repairs have to be shipped within 5 working days after receipt of the RMA-number.
